Design Services
Each project is a collaborative effort combining your style and material preferences, timeline and budget with my skills and ingenuity. An integral part of every project, design services can range from a simple sketch to an elaborate 3D rendering of your renovated dream space.
At this time, I only offer design services for the work I perform. The cost for this portion of your project is always itemized in both your estimate and invoice.
Design services include, but are not limited to:
Evaluation and / or modification of existing drawings
2D / 3D renderings of proposed project space, items, or specific aspects of a design
Photoshopped photos of your space or item
Texture / Color / Finish samples
Hand-drawn sketches
Mock-ups to validate design aspects
